Terms of Service KuickApp Business Automation Platform

1. About KuickApp

KuickApp is a low-code/no-code platform that enables users and organizations to:

• Build business applications and workflows
• Automate enterprise processes
• Integrate with systems like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and other business tools
• Deploy internal digital solutions quickly without extensive coding

KuickApp is owned and operated by Pakistan Oxygen Limited.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of yourself or your organization

By registering, you confirm that the information submitted is accurate and current.

3. User Accounts

To access KuickApp, users must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

KuickApp reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for security or misuse reasons.

4. Customer Data Ownership

All data, workflows, applications, files, and content created or uploaded by customers remain their exclusive property.

KuickApp does not claim ownership of customer data.

KuickApp may only access customer data:

• With customer authorization
• For technical support or maintenance
• As required by law

5. Platform Usage Rules

You agree not to:

• Use KuickApp for unlawful or harmful activities
• Upload malicious code or attempt to breach security
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or modify the platform
• Interfere with service operation or network infrastructure
• Use KuickApp to create software intended to copy or compete with KuickApp

Violation may result in suspension or permanent account termination.

6. Subscription, Billing & Trials

• Use of KuickApp may require a subscription plan (Free, Business, Enterprise).
• Paid plans are billed as per the selected cycle
• Taxes may apply depending on your region
• Trial features may have limitations
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or agreed mutually

7. Integrations & Third-Party Services

KuickApp may integrate with third-party systems (ERP, CRM, cloud providers, etc.). Your use of third-party services is subject to their policies.

KuickApp is not responsible for third-party service failures or data issues caused externally.

8. Security & Backups

KuickApp follows industry best practices for:

• Data encryption
• Access controls
• Disaster recovery
• Secure cloud hosting

However, no digital service can guarantee absolute security.

Customers are advised to maintain backup copies of critical data.

9. Service Availability & Updates

KuickApp aims for continuous uptime and reliability. We may perform:

• Maintenance
• Feature upgrades
• Security patches

Downtime may occur occasionally. KuickApp is not liable for interruptions beyond reasonable control.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of:

• Business information
• Application logic
• Integration and system details
• Customer data

This clause survives termination of service.

11. Intellectual Property

KuickApp retains sole ownership of:

• Platform technology & architecture
• Templates, components & connectors
• Logos, trademarks, branding assets
• Documentation & training materials

Users receive a license to use the platform, not ownership of KuickApp IP.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if a user:

• Violates these terms
• Misuses the platform
• Engages in fraud or illegal activity

Users may terminate accounts by contacting KuickApp support.

Post-termination, data export options may be provided based on plan policy.

13. Limitation of Liability

KuickApp is not liable for:

• Loss of profits or business interruption
• Data loss beyond industry-standard backup provisions
• Third-party integration failures
• Unauthorized access caused by user negligence

Total liability shall not exceed the subscription fee paid for the preceding 12 months.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed upon in enterprise contracts.

15. Changes to Terms

KuickApp may update these Terms when needed. The latest version will always be posted here.

Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of revised Terms.
